The qualities inherent in this design come most clearly to expression in its playful contrast between nature and technology, juxtaposing organic motifs from the world of coffee with entirely modern form elements and materials.
The secret behind the particularly stable construction is that the piston glides along a long bearing that is integrated into the lid, and does not merely wobble about in a little hole, as with many other coffee presses. The handle is cast in non-heat-conducting plastic.
Available in two versions, with a capacity of 0.35 l and 1 l respectively (3 or 8 cups).
